We still use the original handbuilt jig which we used for all Epok tennis rackets so far. It is perforated with drill holes and heavily modified as we progressed and invented new solutions on to it. Last modified today! Now we’re gonna run our last prototypes through it to secure the manufacturing process from start to finish. Then it begins - The Alpha Series! An Epok racket is a piece of art. It is traditional craftsmanship paired with innovation. Each racket is built by our own hands from carefully selected pieces of wood chosen by ourselves, Teo and Mikael of DL Racket Makers. We put great effort and lots of hours into building each racket individually. Our rackets are not only meant to be played and competed with but they are also elegant and unique. The alpha series which is limited to 25 rackets are the first wooden tennis rackets based on design principles of today and with sustainability in mind.
